Think of candidate history as the log of all actions the hiring team takes during the recruitment process. This includes but is not limited to candidate feedback, interview scorecards, email correspondence with the candidate and more. This information is saved in your HireBee dashboard and can be easily accessed, for example when you perform a pipeline search to identify potential matches for a new position, or the candidate applies to one of your positions again. The history also contains links to specific sections, like the candidate interview scorecard or candidate’s previous resume, which was submitted for a previous vacancy.
While Hirebee dashboard allows your team to create groups and add candidates for easy access, it goes beyond grouping, by also offering candidate tagging or as we call them hashtags. When you view an application that you later want to find easily, you can add hashtags by entering a custom text. For instance, I am looking for project managers, so I want to tag those that hold a professional certification like PMP. By entering PMP in the special field, I will easily search and find those candidates that hold PMP certification. On top of tagging, I can also use groups, and in this case segment my applicants, to identify whether they are ready to relocate or not.

The Talent Acquisition team creates a pre-set questionnaire, which is used for screening purposes.
