Dear (employee name),

I hope this email finds you well.

We are writing to notify you that you will no longer be employed by our organization as of today. Following the end of our company’s disciplinary process, your actions were deemed to be deplorable. We are specifically referring to:

All policies governing our company’s activities are given careful consideration. You have compromised the well-being of our company and your coworkers by ignoring them and creating an unpleasant environment. We have a responsibility to change that.

Keep in mind that our policy on confidentiality applies to you. Any information you obtain in the course of your job about our customers, company, partners, or any third parties must not be shared with anyone.
