I hope this email finds you well.

We are writing to notify you that you will no longer be employed by our organization as of today. Following the end of our company’s disciplinary process, your actions were deemed to be deplorable. We are specifically referring to:

All policies governing our company’s activities are given careful consideration. You have compromised the well-being of our company and your coworkers by ignoring them and creating an unpleasant environment. We have a responsibility to change that.

All benefits linked with your position will expire if you are terminated. You must return [insert every property that must be returned, Include any property that must be returned, such as a corporate car or a computer.] to the human resources department until [date].

Keep in mind that our policy on confidentiality applies to you. Any information you obtain in the course of your job about our customers, company, partners, or any third parties must not be shared with anyone. This information must be removed from all of your personal devices as well. In addition, as part of your job contract, you signed a [example: non-solicitation agreement]. This binds you till [date], which is the agreed date between you and the company representative who signed your contract.

Up until the point of termination, you are entitled to your salary. You are also entitled to [insert any additional remuneration or information].

This is a final decision that cannot be reversed. We recommend that you read our disciplinary action policy thoroughly. The human resources department remains at your disposal for up to [three] working days following your final day of employment if you require any paperwork for the case against you.
