Below you can find the template for an invitation for a second interview with a candidate. The second interview is usually the third or fourth step in the candidate screening process.

Email subject line: Confirmation email for the (job title) position at (company name)

Dear (Candidate name),

I hope this email finds you well.

I am writing this email to confirm your interview for the position of [Job title] at (company name). We’ll get the opportunity to [discuss responsibilities for the role, for example] and get to know you better during this meeting. The following are the information regarding your interview:

When: [day and hour, for example, August August 30th at 11 a.m.] – the length of the interview is predicted to be [e.g. 45] minutes.

Where: [complete address, for example, 66 Wellington St W, 10th floor, Toronto, ON M5K 1A1, Canada- if applicable. You could also include a hyperlink with the specific location on the map and instructions on how to get to the building from the nearest Subway station, highway, etc].

Please be mindful that you’ll need your ID at the front desk, as you will need to show it to our security guards so you can enter the building. Also, if you’re driving, you can park your car at the parking lot that is located right next to our office.
