Ideally, your candidate will be able to go over the HR operations at their prior organization in great detail. Furthermore, they should be able to provide justifications to any key decisions they’ve made with measurable results, and explain how their work contributes to the company’s overall objectives.

This position requires strong interpersonal skills as well as a high level of tact, diplomacy, and objectivity. Additionally, your HR Manager must be able to form excellent working connections with upper management, employees, vendors, and other external resources. They’ll be called upon for other things as well such as conflict resolution.
