# Setting Up Your Organization ## Organization Settings Navigate to **Settings → Organization** to configure: ### Basic Information - **Company Name** — displayed across the platform and career page. - **Domain** — your company's website domain. - **Logo** — appears in the sidebar, career page, and email templates. - **Primary & Secondary Colors** — used for branding throughout the platform. ### Agency vs. Company Mode HireBee supports two organization types: - **Company** — standard mode for internal hiring teams. - **Agency** — recruitment agencies managing multiple client companies. Agency mode unlocks client management, shared candidate pools, and cross-client reporting. ### Brand Voice Configure your organization's brand voice for AI-generated content: - **Industry** — helps AI understand your sector's terminology. - **Tone** — formal, casual, friendly, professional, etc. - **Values** — key company values reflected in job descriptions and communications. - **Language Style** — technical, conversational, inclusive, etc. ## Career Page Setup Your career page is automatically created when you set up your organization. Customize it under **Settings → Career Page**: - Hero headline and subheadline - About section with rich text - Benefits and perks - Team testimonials - Gallery images - Social media links ## Next Steps After setup, invite your team members and create your first job posting.
