# Creating Your First Job ## Step-by-Step 1. Click **Jobs** in the sidebar, then **Create Job**. 2. Fill in the basics: - **Job Title** — e.g., "Senior Frontend Developer" - **Department** — e.g., Engineering, Marketing - **Location** — city, remote, or hybrid - **Employment Type** — full-time, part-time, contract, internship - **Experience Level** — junior, mid, senior, lead 3. Write the **Job Description** — or use **AI Generate** to create one from a brief prompt. The AI uses your brand voice settings for tone and style. 4. Set **Salary Range** (optional but recommended for transparency). 5. Choose or create a **Workflow** — this defines the hiring pipeline stages (e.g., Applied → Phone Screen → Interview → Offer → Hired). 6. Attach an **Application Form** — use the default or customize fields. 7. Click **Save as Draft** or **Publish**. ## Publishing Options - **Career Page** — automatically listed on your branded career page. - **Direct Link** — share a unique URL for the job. - **QR Code** — generate a scannable code for events or print materials. - **Embed Widget** — embed the job listing on your website. - **External Channels** — push to LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. (if configured). ## AI-Powered Features - **Generate Job Description** — AI writes a complete JD from a short prompt. - **Parse Existing JD** — paste a job description and AI extracts structured fields. - **Job Templates** — save and reuse common job configurations. ## After Publishing Candidates can apply through your career page, direct links, or embedded widgets. Applications flow into the job's pipeline automatically.
