# Setting Up Your Company Profile
Your company profile is the foundation of your Hirebee HRMS system.
## Basic Company Information
### Company Details
- Company name and legal entity name
- Registration number and tax ID
- Industry and company size
### Branding
- Upload your company logo
- Set brand colors
- Configure email templates
## Organization Structure
### Departments
Create departments:
1. Click "Add Department"
2. Enter name and description
3. Assign department head
### Locations
Add office locations with time zones.
