# Career Page Builder & Customization ## Your Branded Career Page Every HireBee organization gets a fully customizable career page at a unique URL. This is where candidates discover and apply to your open positions. ## Customizing Your Career Page Navigate to **Settings → Career Page** to configure: ### Hero Section - **Headline** — e.g., "Join Our Team" - **Subheadline** — e.g., "We're building the future of recruitment" - **Cover Image** — a banner image for visual impact - **Hero Logo** — your company logo displayed prominently - **Video** — embed a company culture video (autoplay optional) ### About Section - **Title & Content** — rich text describing your company, mission, and culture. - Supports formatting, links, and images. ### Benefits & Perks - Add individual benefit cards with icons, titles, and descriptions. - Common examples: health insurance, remote work, learning budget, equity. ### Testimonials - Add employee testimonials with names, roles, and quotes. - Builds trust and gives candidates a feel for your culture. ### Gallery - Upload photos of your office, team events, and culture. - Displayed as a responsive image grid. ### Contact Information - Company address, phone, website. - Industry, company size, founded year. - Social media links (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram). ### Map - Embed a Google Maps URL to show your office location. ## Multi-Language Support - Set a default language for your career page. - Enable additional languages — the page auto-detects the visitor's browser language. - Translate all content sections per language. ## Open Applications Enable **Allow Open Applications** to let candidates apply even when there's no matching job posted. These applications go into a general pool for future consideration. ## Publishing Toggle **Is Published** to make your career page live. Unpublished pages show a "coming soon" message.
