# Job Management & Publishing ## Managing Jobs The **Jobs** page is your central hub for all positions. Each job shows: - Status (draft, published, closed, on hold) - Number of applicants - Pipeline stage breakdown - Creation date and last activity ### Job Statuses - **Draft** — not visible to candidates, still being configured. - **Published** — live and accepting applications. - **On Hold** — paused, not accepting new applications but existing ones are preserved. - **Closed** — no longer accepting applications. ## Editing Jobs Click any job to open its detail view: - **Overview** — edit title, description, requirements. - **Pipeline** — view and manage candidates in the hiring workflow. - **Application Form** — customize what candidates fill out. - **Settings** — workflow, scorecards, team members assigned. - **Analytics** — application sources, conversion rates, time metrics. ## Publishing Channels ### Career Page Your branded career page automatically lists all published jobs. Candidates can browse by department, location, and employment type. ### Direct Links & QR Codes Every job gets a unique shareable URL and QR code — perfect for job fairs, social media, and print materials. ### Job Embedding Embed a single job or your full job board on any website using our embed widget. Customize colors to match your site. ### External Channels Push jobs to external job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) when configured. ## Job Templates Save time by creating templates for frequently posted roles. Templates include title, description, department, salary range, workflow, and form configuration. ## AI Features - **Generate from prompt** — describe the role in one sentence, AI creates the full JD. - **Parse existing JD** — paste a JD and AI extracts all structured fields. - **Improve description** — AI suggests improvements for clarity and inclusivity.
