# Candidate Management & Profiles ## Candidate Database Your candidate database is a centralized repository of everyone who has ever applied, been sourced, or been manually added. It persists across jobs — once a candidate is in your database, they're always available. ### Search & Filter - **Text search** — search by name, email, skills, location. - **AI search** — type natural language queries like "React developers in Berlin with 5+ years experience". - **Tag filters** — filter by custom tags you've assigned. - **Source filters** — see where candidates came from (career page, referral, LinkedIn, etc.). - **Status filters** — active, archived, blocked. ### Bulk Actions Select multiple candidates to: - Add/remove tags - Add to talent pools - Send bulk emails - Export to CSV - Archive or block ## Candidate Profile Each profile is a 360° view: ### Overview Tab - Contact info, location, LinkedIn, portfolio - Resume file and AI-parsed data (skills, experience, education) - Tags and talent pool memberships ### Applications Tab - All jobs the candidate has applied to - Current stage in each pipeline - AI fit scores per job ### Timeline Tab - Complete chronological history: applications, stage changes, emails sent/received, notes added, interviews scheduled ### Notes Tab - Internal team notes (never visible to candidates) - Pin important notes to the top - Notes are attributed to the author with timestamps ### Communications Tab - All emails sent to and received from the candidate - Email open tracking - Thread view for conversations ### Files Tab - Resume, cover letter, portfolio files - Supplementary form responses ## Archiving & Blocking - **Archive** — removes from active lists but preserves all data. - **Block** — prevents the candidate from applying again. Requires a reason.
