# Usage Analytics & Limits ## Understanding Your Usage Go to **Settings → Billing → Usage** to monitor your resource consumption. ## Plan Limits Each plan has limits on: - **Active Jobs** — number of simultaneously published jobs. - **Team Members** — users with access to your organization. - **Candidates** — total candidates in your database. - **API Calls** — monthly API request quota. - **Storage** — file storage for resumes, documents, and images. - **AI Features** — number of AI scoring, parsing, and generation requests. ## Usage Dashboard The usage dashboard shows: - Current usage vs. plan limits (visual progress bars). - Usage trends over time. - Projected usage for the current billing period. ## Approaching Limits When you reach 80% of a limit: - A warning banner appears in the dashboard. - Admin users receive an email notification. - You can upgrade your plan to increase limits. ## Exceeding Limits If you exceed a limit: - **Soft limits** (candidates, storage) — you receive warnings but can continue temporarily. - **Hard limits** (active jobs, team members) — you must upgrade or reduce usage before creating new items. ## AI Usage AI features have separate quotas: - **Resume parsing** — per resume processed. - **Candidate scoring** — per job-candidate evaluation. - **Content generation** — per AI-generated job description or email. - **Semantic search** — per AI-powered search query.
