# Multi-Tenant & Agency Mode ## What is Multi-Tenant? HireBee is built as a multi-tenant platform, meaning: - Each organization (tenant) has its own isolated data. - Users can belong to multiple organizations. - Switching between organizations is instant from your profile menu. ## Agency Mode Agencies and recruitment firms can use HireBee's **Agency Mode**: ### How It Works 1. Set your organization type to **Agency** in Settings. 2. Create **client organizations** — each client gets their own tenant. 3. Manage all client hiring from a single dashboard. 4. Share candidates across clients (with appropriate permissions). ### Agency Features - **Client Management** — add and manage client companies. - **Cross-Client Pipelines** — view all active jobs across clients. - **Shared Talent Pools** — maintain pools that span multiple clients. - **Client Contacts** — track primary contacts and stakeholders per client. - **Client Analytics** — reporting per client and aggregate. ### Permissions - Agency admins have full access to all client data. - Individual recruiters can be assigned to specific clients. - Client users (if invited) see only their own organization's data. ## Switching Organizations If you belong to multiple organizations: 1. Click your profile avatar in the sidebar. 2. Select **Switch Organization**. 3. Choose the organization you want to work in. 4. The entire interface switches to that organization's data. ## Data Isolation Each tenant's data is completely isolated: - Candidates, jobs, settings, and analytics are per-tenant. - Users cannot accidentally access another organization's data. - This isolation is enforced at the database level with Row Level Security.
