Open a candidate's profile and click "Schedule Interview." Choose the interview type (phone, video, or in-person), duration (30–120 minutes), assign interviewers, and add a location or video meeting link. The candidate and interviewers receive automated confirmation emails and reminders. You can view all upcoming interviews in the Interview Management calendar.
