How do I use the HR Analytics dashboard?

Go to Reports > Analytics. Use the time range filter (6 months, 12 months, or custom) and department filter to focus your view. The dashboard surfaces key workforce metrics: headcount trends, predicted turnover risk, salary distribution, performance rating breakdown, leave utilization patterns, and attendance rates. HR Directors and executives can access the Strategic Analytics view, which adds AI-powered insights, predictive attrition models, skills gap intelligence, and board-ready KPI cards.
