How does Hirebee handle GDPR and data privacy?

All data in Hirebee is protected by row-level security — each company can only read and write its own records. From Settings > Privacy, HR admins can export a complete data profile for any employee (name, contact info, activity logs, documents) to fulfil subject access requests. Data retention policies let you define how long records are kept before automatic deletion. Right-to-be-forgotten requests can be processed to permanently remove an individual's data. All consent records and data processing agreements are stored with timestamps for audit purposes.
