The ATS shows all candidates as cards in a visual pipeline with customizable stages (e.g. Applied → Screening → Interview → Offer). Drag cards between stages to update status. Click any candidate to open their smart profile: parsed resume, contact details, interview history, and notes. You can bulk-select candidates to move, email, or reject them in one action.
