Interview scheduling

You do not have to switch between your mailbox and Zoom account to set up an online interview and share the link with your candidate, then include the meeting in your calendar anymore. HireBee allows you to take all these steps within your dashboard. There are two ways of creating a Zoom interview in HireBee. You can add the Zoom meeting in the pop-up window, while moving the candidate from one hiring stage to another. All you need to do is to select the date, time and duration of the interview and submit or schedule the email and the candidate will receive your template email for the chosen stage with the link to Zoom interview. You can also invite the candidate to a Zoom interview by using the “Add to calendar” quick action button in the candidate’s profile. In both cases the link will be automatically generated and sent to the candidate. Also the meeting will be added to your HireBee built-in calendar, which, in turn, is integrated with Google and Outlook calendars.
